The Committee and its members secure a golf course site and food services provider. Obtains sponsorships and golfing participants. Advertises. Has tickets printed and offered for sale. Involves fellow Rotarians in fundraising activities and volunteering for the golfing event. Normally, there are a number of draws, auctions and associated fundraising events after the golfing has been completed
