Bob Morrow spoke to the Club from the comfort of his home about a number of space related subjects such as the Canadian Space Agency, the International Space Station, Mars exploration and yes, even growing tomatoes in space. With the aid of breathtaking photography and the occasional cartoon, he became our space tour guide. The Club members also learned of the new technology, some of which is developed and owned by the private sector for delivering humans and materials to outer space.

Being a Canadian, you could not help be filled with pride when you saw the photographs of the Canada Arm doing such things as unloading a satellite from the American shuttle. Canadians have embraced space exploration with a number of men and women becoming astronauts.
