Via Zoom, Josefa Michaelson, Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers and Canada's Energy Citizens spoke to the Club about Canada's oil and natural gas industry.
Some of the highlights of the presentation:
► Canada has the 3rd largest reserves of crude oil and is the 5th largest producer of natural gas in the world
► The country is the 6th largest producer of crude oil in the world
► The industry generates billions of dollars in revenue and over 500,00 jobs
►There has been a substantial investment in environmental protection amd a commitment to reduce greenhouse emissions
