Bob Stevenson, Simcoe Rotarian and District 7090, Area 1 Assistant Governor presented via Zoom, 21 Paul Harris Fellow Certificates and pins.  When $ 1,000 US is donated to The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International, a Paul Harris Fellow can be issued to a designated person. In the case of the 21 Simcoe Rotarians who became Paul Harris Fellows, each Rotarian has been donating $ 100.00 Canadian per year. The Club has also made a number of donations to The Rotary Foundation in regard to the Polio Plus program to eradicate Polio worldwide. Since 1925, the Rotary Club of Simcoe has presented Paul Harris Fellows to a number of persons in the community for outstanding accomplishment and service. The Club has also presented Paul Harris Fellows to Rotarians in the club who have contributed "Service Above Self".

Twenty-one Simcoe Rotarians Receive Paul Harris Fellows in 2020 and 2021

Former Rotarian Jeff Scott who was killed in an automobile accident last November receive a Paul Harris Fellow posthumously. Each of these Rotarians receive a certificate and a pin similar to to those below. For persons that have been awarded more than one Paul Harris Fellow, the pins reflect this with rubies and sapphires embedded in the pin.

These 21 Paul Harris Fellows become part of the legacy and history of the Club. Since 1925, there has been an impressive number of Paul Harris Fellows given the past emphasis on earning them rather than "purchasing" a Paul Harris Fellow.
