THE JEFF SCOTT MEMORIAL BURSARY FOR THE MEDICAL ARTS

In 2020, Jeff Scott was struck and killed by a vehicle on a Waterford area road. He was the owner and CEO of Great Lakes Physiotherapy in Simcoe, ON; an active member of The Rotary Club of Simcoe since 2002 and recognized by the Club for his service and contribution to the community with multiple Paul Harris Fellow awards in 2000 and 2014.

Last year, the Jeff Scott Memorial Bursary for the Medical Arts was established by The Rotary Club of Simcoe and the Scott family. The bursary became the second bursary/scholarship of the Club joining the Dr. Gord Watts Fine Arts Scholarship page/dr.-gordon-c.-watts-scholarship
 
On September 15, 2021, Catlin Arrojo became the very first $ 1, 500.00 bursary recipient.
